Kate Thomas - Owner, Planner & Lead Coordinator

Hi there!

I am a Lancaster, Pennsylvania Wedding Planner and Coordinator. I believe each and every couple deserves to have the wedding day of their dreams. I do everything in my power to create and execute your perfect day!

I found my love for planning when I was in my early 20s. I planned my own wedding in 2018!

I have been planning events for friends and family for over a decade and made the decision to start my business in the beginning of 2022 and never looked back!

My unique perspective and attention to detail helps to create the stress free wedding you deserve!

Based in Lancaster, Pa, I can plan your wedding wherever your imagination takes you.

Fun Facts

  • A day without smiling is a day wasted

  • Seafoam green!

  • Black with a hint of caramel creamer, yum!

  • This is always a hard question! My favorite meal is grilled lamb chops, collard greens and baked potatoes or my husband’s homemade beef stew. I love anything sweet - donuts, cookies, pastries!

  • Hiking! If it is nice out, my husband and I will be out on the trails with our two dogs. Brutus is an 9 year old border collie, blue heeler mix and Fox is a 7 year old red heeler.

  • When a signed contract and retainer is received, your date is officially booked

  • The final payment is due one week before your event date

  • The easier question would be what don’t I have in my day of emergency kit!

    Anything you could possibly need! A few items are.. phone chargers, a clothing steamer, a cake knife and server, dog bowls, deodorant, tweezers, eyelash glue, all kinds of tape, zip ties, corsage pins, tape measure, and so much more.

  • A venue coordinator focuses on the venue not necessarily the soon to be bride and groom.

    My role is to be your right hand gal, I manage all the vendors and your timeline to give you the stress free flawless wedding day you deserve.

  • I don’t like to brag but I have one of the best immune systems around!

    In a worst case scenario, one of my assistant coordinators or a substitute coordinator with the same qualifications as Kate would be offered.
